We are pleased to tell you the good news on the inclusion on the EPP in the Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) (see below).
The ESCI inclusion means that all the papers published in EPP (since last year) will soon be available to the Web of Science users. It is expected that the journal will be included in their core collection (SCIE) after 2 years when the citation data become available. We will certainly work towards that goal.

Dear Sufang Hu,
We have completed our evaluation of your journal and have accepted it for coverage in the Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI), a new collection of journals available on the Web of Science platform.
Coverage will begin with journal content published in 2017. However, because of other urgent processing priorities, it is not clear when the journal’s content will appear in the database, but we expect it to be later this year.
Attached is a fact sheet describing the Emerging Sources Citation Index and its benefits.
